If you want a booking system, yes: running it costs 25 € a month. That covers the server, confirmation and reminder emails, backups and support. You don't need a separate third-party booking-software subscription. Maintenance (15 € a month) is optional: hosting watch, updates and small monthly changes. A domain is about 10–15 € a year.
You do. The domain is registered in your name, and the site belongs to your business.
